Geoff Ballotti, President and Chief Executive Officer

Geoff serves as our president and chief executive officer. Prior to the spin-off of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts from Wyndham Worldwide, he served as president and chief executive officer of Wyndham Hotel Group. Geoff first joined Wyndham in 2008 as president and chief executive officer of Wyndham Exchange & Rentals. Earlier in his career, he spent 20 years in various leadership positions for both Europe and North America at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.

Geoff currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and Chairman of the U.S. Travel Association. He has previously served on the board of directors for Christel House International, a not-for-profit organization that supports impoverished children throughout the world, as well as the Executive Committee of the American Resort & Development Association.

David Wyshner, Chief Financial Officer

David serves as our Chief Financial Officer, and prior to the spin-off of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Wyndham Worldwide. He was most recently President and CFO of Avis Budget Group, the global vehicle rental service provider, and served as Avis Budget’s CFO for more than ten years. Prior to that, David served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Cendant Corporation, a global diversified services company with approximately $20 billion in annual revenues, where David led the execution of that company’s separation into three publicly traded companies.

Tom Barber, Chief Strategy & Development Officer

Tom serves as our chief strategy and development officer. Prior to the spin-off of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Tom served as Senior Vice President, M&A and Operational Excellence at Wyndham Worldwide. Prior to joining Wyndham, he served in a variety of mergers & acquisitions, business development roles at Credit Suisse Securities, Gemini Consulting, and Microsoft Corporation.

Paul Cash, General Counsel

Paul Cash serves as general counsel and corporate secretary for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. First joining Wyndham in 2005, Paul served as general counsel for Wyndham Destination Network for eight years and then served as executive vice president & general counsel for Wyndham Hotel Group. Prior to joining Wyndham, Paul was a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions, International and Entertainment and New Media practice groups of Alston & Bird and earlier in his career was an associate at Pünder, Volhard, Weber & Axster in Germany.

Mary Falvey, Chief Administrative Officer

Mary serves as our chief administrative officer, leading a wide range of human resources, corporate social responsibility, and operations functions across our global enterprise. Prior to the spin-off of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Mary served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Wyndham Worldwide. Before Wyndham, Mary served in several senior leadership positions at Cendant Corporation, including Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources for RCI and Vice President of Human Resources for the hotel division. Earlier in her career, she held various human resources positions at Nabisco.

Barry Goldstein, Chief Commercial Officer

Barry serves as our chief commercial officer, leading our organization’s marketing and distribution, connecting our portfolio to the millions of traveling guests we serve. Prior to the spin-off of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Barry served as Chief Marketing Officer of Wyndham Hotel Group. Prior to joining Wyndham, Barry was Chief Revenue Officer for Dolce Hotels and Resorts and Vice President, Global Sales Strategy, Technology and Operations, at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

Bob Loewen, Chief Operating Officer

Bob serves as our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to the spin-off of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, served as Chief Operating Officer for Wyndham Hotel Group, where he also previously served as Chief Financial Officer. He joined Wyndham in 2000 as Director, Corporate Audit, prior to which he served as division controller for Becton Dickinson Healthcare Consulting.

Scott Strickland, Chief Information Officer

Scott serves as our Chief Information Officer. Prior to the spin-off of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, he served as Chief Information Officer for Wyndham Hotel Group, responsible for enhancing and implementing our technology strategy, building the strength of our IT organization and leading day-to-day execution by ensuring alignment with strategic business direction. Prior to joining Wyndham, Scott was the Chief Information Officer at D+M Group; executive director, Information Technology at Nissan North America; and earlier in his career held the position of Chief Information Officer and vice president of Information Services with Stanley Black & Decker.
